Today’s run was 7 miles in 1 hour and 35 minutes. My legs are like jelly. But I did it. :)
Today was the worst run I have ever had. We went to the beach this morning and while we were there I kept thinking I should have brought my stuff and just ran on the beach and around the park. Alas, I did not. :( We ended up getting back later than I thought, plus I ate horrible today(donuts, soda, fast food, cupcakes, and pizza…absolutely nothing nutritious) so today’s run turned into 2.23 miles in 31 minutes. I couldn’t even run properly because it just felt like I was going to throw up the whole time. My 7 mile run turned into 2 miles. I’m hoping this bloated yuck feeling will wear off by tomorrow and I can actually run the 7 miles. I seriously need to get my eating habits under control.
Today’s run was 3 miles in 39:12. I did a 5 minute warm up, then run 4 minutes/walk 1 until I got through the 3 miles, then a 5 minute(or so) cool down. I feel like I’m improving so that’s good news.
Reality check of the day: While I was stretching I noticed I have stretch marks on my inner thighs. :/ That shit hits you like a ton of bricks.
Ew. Today’s run sucked. At least I got on the treadmill though. 1.92 miles in 30 minutes, and I probably walked 15 minutes of it. I have an off day tomorrow and then 3 miles on Thursday and 3 on Friday…and then 7 miles on Sunday.
Last week I had a head cold from hell so I didn’t do anything. I got over it around Thursday but I just felt like shit so there goes a week of training.
Today I did a run 3 minutes/walk 1 minutes plan for 32 minutes with a 7 minutes warmup/walk to end at 2.85 miles in 39 minutes. Then I just messed with the incline up to 5 until I got to an hour.
I got some Elsa and Anna inspired headbands today at Victoria’s Secret.
Yesterdays run was 3 miles in 42:26 minutes. It was supposed to be speed work so I tried to alternate between 4 and 6(slow jogging and running), and walking on 3.7 in between. I’m still slow but it’s 1 step closer.
This is me starting over. I’ve had a real problem with self control lately, so I’m working on it. I started a 10 week half marathon plan this week and today was run 3 miles. It ended up being 3 miles in 44:57. Which could be worse. I might not be fast, but I will finish this race.
30 minutes on the treadmill today, for a total of 2.5 miles. 5 minute warm up/ 22 minutes running/ 3 minute cool down. I ran between 5 and 6, which is a pretty big deal to me.
